If speculations on social media are anything to go by, not all is well between ace cricketer Hardik Pandya, who shifted from Gujarat Titans to Mumbai Indians in IPL 2024, and his Serbian wife Natasa Stankovic.

It all started with Natasa removing her surname ‘Pandya’ from her bio on Instagram. A Reddit post only added fuel to the speculation that the two are headed their separate ways.

Natasa, who was earlier always present in the stadium to cheer Hardik, has lately been conspicuous by her absence in the stadium during all matches that Hardik plays.

The couple married in May 2020 and Natasa gave birth to their son Agastya in July 2020. In 2023, the couple renewed their vows in a lavish wedding following Hindu and Christian rituals in Udaipur.

Split in property
Rumour mills are also speculating that Hardik will have to part with 70% of his property to Natasa as part of the divorce deal. This is also said to be the main reason for Hardik shifting to Mumbai Indians as he was in need to raise capital for the divorce.

Natasa recently posted a picture on Insta talking about “self-love”. Adding to the buzz, Hardik Pandya did not post anything on Natasa’s birthday on March 4.

Only time will tell whether there’s any truth in the speculation. Fact remains that there’s never smoke without fire. We can only hope that the two manage to douse the fire before it engulfs their marital bliss.
