Pune, 5th September 2024 — The 7th Workplace & Facility Management Conclave & Awards, held on September 5th, 2024, at Raaga Heritage, Pune, was a success, drawing over 140 delegates from Pune and several senior professionals from Mumbai. The event, organized by Procon Media, a division of the Procon Group based in Mumbai, showcased the latest trends and innovations in workplace and facility management.

The conclave featured an engaging and insightful panel discussion centered on “Creating Employee-Centric Workplaces,” skillfully moderated by Dr. Abhijit Sarkar. Dr. Sarkar, Group Chief Executive Officer & Board of Directors at MEGAS Architectural Services Pvt Ltd brought a wealth of knowledge to the discussion. Joining him were esteemed panelists including Mr. Ashish Mohanty from Tata Technologies, Mr. Sushanta Kamal from Aditya Birla Fashion, Mr. Sopan Jagtap from Quick Heal, and Major Kiran Kudlinger from Allstate. The panel explored innovative strategies and best practices for fostering work environments that prioritize employee well-being and engagement.

The event commenced with a warm welcome from Mr. Ramesh Upadhyay, Director of IFME, Pune, who set the tone for a day of enriching dialogue and networking. A standout keynote session was delivered by Mr. Burhanuddin Saify, who emphasized the critical importance of integrating eco-friendly practices into workplace operations, aligning with the growing emphasis on sustainability.

In addition to the discussions, the exhibition area featured a variety of vendors showcasing their products and services. A highlight of the exhibition was the launch of Mercedes Silverstar’s new electric vehicle (EV), which was prominently displayed at the hotel premises, reflecting the event’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.
